An Evening at the Museum
Join us on Friday night, October 11th, 2024, for an after-hours experience of the MINIS TO THE MAX exhibit. You will also be treated to a showing of The Italian Job (1969) to further immerse you in the MINI culture! The movie will be featured in a nostalgic “Drive-in” style. Get here early to secure the best parking spot. If you have not visited the exhibit yet, this is a great opportunity to experience the cars and the MINI vibes that make this exhibit so fun!
The evening will start with a viewing of the MINIS TO THE MAX exhibit with 30 Mini/MINIs detailing the 65 years of history. The museum has meticulously curated stories of passionate MINI owners, providing visitors with a glimpse into the unique culture that surrounds these beloved vehicles. This personal touch has resonated deeply with visitors, making the exhibit not just a display of cars, but a celebration of community and shared passion.
You will be able to take your time to view the cars and read the stories of their life. The Snowmobile is a great example of the stories we portray in our exhibits. This generic 2002 MINI Cooper was loaned to us from the Miles Through Time Museum, and was featured in the TV show, Monster Garage. It was transformed with a limited amount of time, and a limited budget, from a regular MINI into a flame wielding Snowmobile complete with treads and skis!
Admission will be based per vehicle, and you are welcome to come with a full car, or just you and your date! Your car-group will receive drinks and snacks included in your admission for the evening, but additional concessions will be available for purchase. Swine House BBQ truck will be on site, and you will not want to miss their Cheerwine or habanero BBQ sauce!
Proceeds from this evening benefit the BMW CCA Foundation and The Ultimate Driving Museum. Thank you for your support!
